Kids Yoga

This class consists of yoga postures and creative  activities that enhance balance, body strength, self awareness, concentration, focus and self confidence, and facilitates social skills.

and be dressed in loose fitting clothing.

Adult Yoga

Intro/Beginning Asanas

New to Hatha yoga, or like a slower pace? These classes focus on diaphragmatic breath, movement with breath, core strengthening and simple, yet effective yoga poses. The instruction is designed to get your body flexible and strong with beginning asana, sitting, standing and balancing poses.

Blocks, straps and mats are available.

 

Beginning/Advanced Asanas

Continuing from Intro/Beginner courses, these classes are for students with an understanding of personal strengths and limits, and are ready to increase the depth of their practice. Sun salutations, advanced poses, and inversions may be included.
