The slow flow class on Wednesday nights at 5:00 is a flowing sequence of postures, the Hatha yoga class on Tues and Thurs at 10:00 are more static holding positions.  Maureen teaching background is in the Hatha tradition so both practices are influenced by that type of yoga.  However one is more movement for intermediate students the other is more static positions for any level.  Hopefully this helps. If you have any more questions please let us know.
