Hatha Yoga

YOGA I

New to Hatha yoga, or like a slower pace? These classes focus on diaphragmatic breath, movement with breath, core strengthening and simple, yet effective yoga poses. The instruction is designed to get your body flexible and strong with beginning asana, sitting, standing and balancing poses.

Blocks, straps and mats are available.

 
YOGA II

Continuing from Intro/Beginner courses, these classes are for students with an understanding of personal strengths and limits, and are ready to increase the depth of their practice. Sun salutations, advanced poses, and inversions may be included.

 

Yoga Fusion

Integrates specific yoga techniques and body movement to find balance between mobility, stability and strength. Discover how your body may be compensating due to overuse of specific muscle groups and learn to release tight and contracted muscles. A great class for beginners or for advanced students looking to deepen their practice. If you find you have low back tightness, SI joint pain, limited mobility in your hips or constant neck pain…this class is for you.
